I would reconcile all my bad relationships with people, and for that matter tell them what I really think of them. I'd spill everything I ever thought or said about a person (to the best of my memory). Which is good because I have a bit of reconciling to do. Then I'd try my best to get a girlfriend and feel genuine about it before I die.
Then have as much fun as possible with said significant other and my friends, doing as much as possible in the remaining time. I would die surrounded by friends and family.
