    Brawler is the ideal change, it conveys the job directly and is the most common word used for pure melee classes in other games. I think you're the only person who knows that "corsair" is a type of hat, the more common definition is a type of fast ship used for piracy. I don't get what any of you mean by a cowboy name - outlaw isn't a cowboy name, it's a criminal (like a pirate) and buccaneer is the #1 most commonly pseudonym for "pirate" (look at fire emblem).

    Outlaw is a ****ty westerner name is the point however, and as far as Corsair goes, I'm fairly sure that the more common name there is the hat, I hear it often called so actually.

    Brawler isn't that bad, but I honestly preferred Infighter was although it didn't make much 'sense', it purveyed the fact that this shouldn't be a traditional class, much like if you don't want your 'elf' class to seem normal you call it a 'blood elf' or something, eh.

    I personally wouldn't cared if they changed it to LolFighter...I'd still play it.

    Actually Lolfighter would be an awesome class name...

    I'm 90% certain that no one will be focusing on what their class is called while their grinding their brain to mush. I'd also bet that half the chidren playing maple don't know what a Valkyrie or Corsair is.

    The hat definition isn't even on dictionary.com and I've NEVER heard anyone refer to it when I played starcraft (it's a ship in SC).

    Infighting means to fight amongst yourselves (duh), or a mutiny - that's sort of pirate related, but a stretch. Brawler, on the other hand, not only sounds better to me, but makes more sense.

    Wow... just wow... you guys connected outlaw to cowboys...? Wow...

    Outlaw sounds great, drop it. Hyperactive imaginations. -_-''

    The official names for the various pirate jobs have been posted on the pirate promo site: http://maplestory.nexon.net/Promo/Pirates.aspx

    pirate -> gunslinger or brawler

    gunslinger -> outlaw -> corsair

    brawler -> marauder -> buccaneer

    How the heck does corsair be a hat? I double checked on Dictionary dot com that it's a fast pirate ship which really makes sense because 4th Job Gunslingers get a ship. Don't see any complaints there.

    Outlaw, that's what most pirates are. They're outlaws. Sounds better than Valkyrie, whatever the heck that means.

    Brawler makes a lot more sense than Infighter. What the **** is infighting anyway? Fighting inside? Brawling is easy. Fighting. A lot more sense.

    Maruader and Buccaneer both make a lot of sense, so I don't paticularly care about this one as well.

    And Buccaneer moved to 4th Job, and in the other versions theres... A Viper. First thing that comes to my mind is a snake. !@$*(&%! A snake? Were they drunk? Obviously, Buccaneer makes a lot more sense in this case.

    All in all, I personally think the names make a lot more sense then the other ones if you think about it properly. So, why complain?
