Not maxing HP Max is like a Warrior having a Thief's HP. It's pointless not to. Just max it, it's only 3 levels. Then go straight to mastery.

Max HP first! Very important. Knuckle Mastery isn't as half important as this onexP

Generally what's done in jMS is to get 5 mastery and then other skills, in this case I'd get max HP, then 5 Mastery, then start working on one of the other skills (get it to a suitable level, maybe 10), then start working on finishing mastery, etc.

Is there really anything to consider? If you don't get HP first then you exchange a few levels of fast leveling for a permanentdecrease in HP - that's ludicrous. You may not know this but the defining characteristic of a melee class is not its skills or range but its HP, if you can't survive being up close and personal with a monster than you'll never train past 70.

The bane of existence for most Bandits. Low HP + Small Range = </3

HP Increase first, right away, children, or your mother will hit you with a brick.
    Not back. Front.
