    Don't they need to go to Orbis...?

    They make the guild with other characters, and then they possibly kick the other members, and invite the islanders.

    Beraginners, the guild I'm on in CDFIslander, made an beginner-only guild, and then they invited islanders.

    The actualy islander isnt the guild master.

    They just invite their islander and make them a jr.
