1. Go to ORBIS

2. Go to ARIANT by buying a ticket at the ORBIS STATION

3. Go to the map at Ariant where the telescope-dropping cats "Meeyocats" spawn.

4. Talk to the Camel and he will take you there to Magatia for 1500 Mesos
