Well, that's kinda BS.
In KMS, this quest is repeatable every 24 hours (As long as you have NO Warp Cards in your inventory).
I'm pretty sure this will be the case for GMS also.

No. I was able to do Cliff's quest and I still had two transformation things in my inventory.
And I used all of my cards. You can't repeat it, even then.

i wish it was repeatable. they're so useful. i was careless and accidentally used 3 when i should have only used one... i hope global decides to make the quest like in msea.
yea.msea u only get 1 per quest but can be repeated daily
