Wear gas masks the whole time. Make sure everyone has auto-loot for misc TURNED OFF (except the leader.) Make sure party item-sharing is set to FREE FOR ALL, not shared. Skip all the enemies and go into the doors. Kill the mini bosses and make sure the leader gets the keys. There are five in total. The door with the teal gem is a fake.

On that note, make sure your leader knows what to do.

Okay ladies, I'm necroposting because I've been playing Dragonica all week and I believe it deserves to be revived. It's now in Open Beta, meaning there are gold merchanters everywhere and n00bs who can't speak English.
