Where is Yulete?

I can't find this 'sewer' anywhere?
Can anyone help?

On the Magatia map, there's two levels. The one all the npcs stand on and the lower level with all the sewer pipes sticking out. One of those leads to Yulete's office.

Also, to gain access to the office you need to do a perfect MPQ [handed in Romeo's/Juliet's letter, made Yulete mumble, defeated Angry Frankenroid and protected Romeo/Juliet - so you end up saving the lives of Romeo, Juliet AND Yulete].

Okay, I believe the first time I ACTUALLY finished the quest that way, but I guess I'll have to try the portal again.
2nd SUCCESSFUL finish today =/
