Another plus of p-servers is no patches and buying NX with mesos.
I think the top 3 p-servers were shut down by nexon already with a threat, weren't they?
Even though you will not ever see them gone.
In fact, starting a private server of maplestory trough hamachi is THE way to go around their ToS ;)
I have my own private server of another game, thought about maplestory but it's not worth it.
Hamachi can only get like 10 people on without lagging.
Not worth my time. I'll stick to kalonline.
I have all the source files needed to run one.
Once in a while, I go on there and spawn many snails that drop many good stuff.
