What is the drop rate for these? I have hunted for hours in areas, to not get a single one. its quite frustrating. do they expect people to be able to use this feature fully if the cards are so rare a drop that by the time you get one, its a poor place to hunt for your level?

2x drop doesn't work with Monster Cards. Forget where this was mentioned, but it WAS mentioned by Nexon.
