fandits attacked the fastest in second job. This is no longer the case.

Well, Corsairs and BMs have the fastest attacks in the game, followed probably by Night Lords.
Savage blow is fast (but by no means one of the fastest), but one of its major downfalls is a lack of range. You have to get right up near the enemy to use this, unlike many of the 'fastest' skills. So even if it is able to be executed quickly, you will not actually be able to attack that quickly.

Actually in a recent study I found some disturbing facts, it turns out a night lord with triple throw, shadow partner, and claw booster attacks slightly faster then hurricane. And I dont like that fact one bit.

just because hurricane has a lag start up time.

oh and, i;'m guessing by fandits you're reffering to bandits who use the Korean Fan. I don't have that so i'm not a fandit (if that's what you were implying)

This is because when a NL is KBed, his attacks aren't interupted (because each set of '6' stars counts as 1 attack).
Until Corsairs came out, bowmasters' hurricane was the fastest executed attack. The no-delay hack basically changed every attack to work at this speed, so the game does see each arrow as a seperate attack (where as each 6 TT hits are one attack).

When comparing DPS, solo, the Corsair wins (it used to be the bowmaster).
With the traditional party skills (SE, MW19, etc) Night Lord is the highest.
Also, apples give the NL a bigger boost than any other class, meaning their DPS is the highest with apples.

Don't get DPS (damage per second) confused with APS (attacks per second). In reailty, we should calculate it more by DPM (minute) or APM, as many factors come into play when attacking.

Bandits that use the dagger Fan, not K-Fan

NLs have the highest DPM with SE because it stacks on their Crit.
Corsairs have the highest DPM solo, 2nd highest with SE

Wrong. With a Fast weapon and Booster, Bandits have already reached their maximum attack speed. That's why Speed Infusion doesn't affect us at all.
