Default Cut the Sky Until it Bleeds

    So, I heard that savage blow's level increment changed. An extra attack for level 1, 11, 21 (4, 5, 6). and the % increment are 4%, 2%, then 1%.

I'd like to ask how it was different back then before this.

When I made my first dit, it hit 2, 4, 8 at the same increments you mentioned. I think the % was the same though.
This was why most people upgraded so much mastery before SB back then.

Your daggers speed is affected by booster, so indirectly savage blow is to.
    Short answer: Yes.

You notice only a tiny difference on daggers with Faster as the speed though

i don't care what you think, i own this topic. (to those who are going to say necro post)

to the point, recently, my bandit friend said that Savage Blow is one of the fastest skill (i don't know if he meant overall or just in 2nd job). Well, i'd like to know if it is or not. It just seems really slow* without booster and equipped with a Fast weapon, i don't know, maybe it's just me.

Well, Corsairs and BMs have the fastest attacks in the game, followed probably by Night Lords.
Savage blow is fast (but by no means one of the fastest), but one of its major downfalls is a lack of range. You have to get right up near the enemy to use this, unlike many of the 'fastest' skills. So even if it is able to be executed quickly, you will not actually be able to attack that quickly.
