I am useing it myself. KoC's are so easy to get to 30 though, so I am curious if it will be easy to get to 120.

I disagree with his build on a fundamental level. Leaving booster unmaxed is a mistake when you can use warrior elixirs for the same effect. No on uses rage at bosses it cancels out apples and other pots. I could care less if some pq nub wants rage, so that is out.
I am not a fan of soul blade, i feel like I am being lied to when they say its ranged. It barely hits past a quarter of the screen, but it does have its uses drawing in mobs out of range of slashblast. Also, it is a new skill so it makes more sense to max it to truly understand its uses.
Brawl sucks. Don't play it.
Since I have 110 seconds on my mage's booster, having 110 seconds on my KoC's booster isn't much of a loss for me.

You would rather waste money on pots that you could just use a buff for free?
Be my guest. Rage is now +12 W. Attack, so there's no loss for using Rage. You can always give up some 3rd Job skills like Coma and Panic if you truly believe that Booster has to be maxed.
If anything, you should be skipping Final Attack, not Blade/Rage.
