Yeah it seems like HS has become more like a club than a forum. Where you have to prove yourself before being accepted and most new people are doing stupid crap making them getting flamed and overall not accepted

Think of it this way, MapleStory attracts fans of that stuff. Maple forums attract Maplers. You can't escape it.
At least the ratio of normal people to idiots isn't as bad as in game.

It's been the same at my other forum I go to. Since the whole forum is for other MMOs, you can see how much fanboyism is there, especially between 2d MMO's and the cutesy style kind.

But yeah, I feel our generation is gonna suck.
