Help! Best armours for me?

Hello! Im a 7x Hermit (76 ATM).
I have 90 Base DEX.
And I´m planning to wear a LUK Sauna and Scarab.
So now I wonder what would be the best for me.
I made a little build here:

6 DEX Hat 96
6 DEX Shoes 102
7 DEX Cape 109
1 DEX Spiegelman Necklace 110

Please +-on the armours, ex.
6 DEX Shoes > 8 Dex Shoes
6 DEX Hat > 4 DEX Hat
Do what you want, just make it so cheap as possible, it just have to be the total of 110 DEX for the Scarab.

And I´m playing Europe Maplestory (eMS) so you guys know.
Please write the cost of each equip.
And write names of the scrolled armours, and tell me if I should scroll it by myself or buy them.

Well, ATM I´m kinda poor. (~1m)
Got a 6 ATT WG(~3m) to sell, and some scrolls(~1m)
And I got kinda much armours in my bag, and some 3 Steelys, 1 Tobi, 1 Icy.
As I counted, All equips I will need will be around 15m.
If I go FM and sell my stuff, I think I can make around 10m kinda fast.
But I´m not stressed, I can take my time, I mean; I dont have to buy all at the same time.

But lets say I got ~15m to buy with.

Think my friend got them atm. He tried to sell them for me, think its a spear att 60% and maybe some more.. Not so good scrolls. All worth maybe 500k-3m.
