I didn't know you can do 2 of his quests ;o

It you start from level 10 (for PQ purposes) you could, in theory, get every medal he has to offer. You'd just have to dedicate the time and energy into getting some of them (like Quest Specialist).

Hands affects your chances of getting gems to work with the items you create in Maker. I believe it also affects your chances of making a higher level Monster Crystal than the drops intend.
