this is my easy recomended build:
Quick Motion : 10 (max)
Straight : 20 (max)
Soumersalt Kick : 20 (max)
Dash : 0
Lightning : 11
Reasons and Order:
I would recommend 1st point into lightning for the good attack. Then for the next level, put one in straight and 2 into soumersalt kick. Then max SSK. Then max Quick Motion. Then max Straight. Then the last 10 points into lightning. Dash is pretty.... well... bad... for me, so i left it at 0.
This is only my recommended build.

Uhh...whatever you do don't put any points in lightning. It's a worthless peice of junk skill that is rarely to never used in 2nd job.
Dash is much more useful since u can get a little speed boost other than that his builds fine. Just don't put any points in Lightning...

Lighting will help you out a lot before level 30. However it does become useless soon after that. But from what I've heard, dash hurts more than helps, by draining your mp. I'm level 74 on my striker right now and haven't needed dash at all. We can navigate a map just fine using Corkscrew and occasionally Transform (gives a haste effect).
Plus Shark Wave has pretty amazing range, so we'll need even less movement.

Yea 5 mp isnt much, but when training you're probably not gonna use it for the entire time it lasts. You have to recast it if you change directions. Thats 5 MP every time you turn around. And since we move so much its easy to tap the arrow key twice by accident.

I herd dash gives un wanted pull as a brawler/tb. I wouldn't know from experiance but that's what I hear anyway.

Tesiqurasa said that later into the brawler job, you'll be mobbing and luring monsters into piles similar to a way a cleric / I/L would at mp3. So in order to efficiently do this, you would need to be faster than the monsters (in this case, the mages mentioned before has teleport). You lure all the monsters to one part of the map and start SSK them.
He did say something similar to this but i don't remember precisely.
