Build???!!!
Is there a certain build for blaze mages? or do you just follow the reg. mage build. By build i mean luk and INT. right now i have a 16 blaze mage w/ 93 INT and 14 LUK so i am semi-lukless right?

I'm not going to try and explain the difference between the three, because with all the new additions, it is really up in the air for now.
If you want to go with the 'normal' build, then have enough total luk to equip whatever wand/staff you choose.

Yeah I know the normal build and low luk build, i have never tried lukless though, althoughg I have heard it is profitable. But doesnt that mean you'll be stuck with a crap wand for most of the game?Originally Posted by rasudoken
No. Maple weapons require no stats and usually have very nice attributes (plus at 43 there's the Nocturnal staff). And then there are Elemental Wands/Staves which are very nice and also require no stats.

Then gain money to get one, get one, and get the money back that you spent on it.

The first "Cleaning the Streets" quest will give a Nocturnal Staff if you're a magician. Scroll it and you'll be fine until you make enough money to buy something better.

Ok, even though my mageofblk(cygus knight char) is only level 20, I think I can get him up there in a few days, maybe more...
I checked out the maple equips at the free market, too, and it seems the price has gone down from when i last checked, which was 5 months ago. The cheapest one i found was 5.5 mil
Well yea...the maple event has come and gone in the past 5 months so they're going to be cheaper.
