Also be aware that you cannot get the Cleaning Up The Streets quest as a Cygnus Knight. If you want a nocturnal staff, you'll have to buy it.
There a number of standard quests that have rewards based on your class. These quests are generally not available to a CK because the quest routine cannot determine what your reward will be.

The maple equips don't require anything but lvls. They are one of the reason the 'less' classes are as good as they are.
