Cygnus Skill Question

Okay, So I have a question about Cygnus Knights, I have one, and I have a question about a skill. Soul. Summons a minion that uses Soul Attack to deal damage.

I was wondering what, if any stats, affect Soul attack, (as opposed to Weapon attack of Magic attack), Such as, Could I raise a particular stat, and my minion's damage will go up as a result. From what I've seen on my Dawn Warrior, neither Str nor Dex apply, and I'm assuming leveling up a skill like Dawn Blade wouldn't do it either.

Is it possible that a stat, or piece of equipment, could affect a soul's damage, the soul's Accuracy. I have already determined that neither Wep Def or Mag Def affect a souls damage (it either Misses due to accuracy/avoidability, or does full damage. I have never seen it do less, because its soul damage, not wep or mag damage, which is very strange.)

Only the skill level affects the damage.
