In "game", Malicious Intentions is the backdrop of the final battle. Malice/Lyzerg Diethel is also the final boss of the game if friendship level not above 7.5 and bar visits below 100.
Malice as Final Boss Scenario :
Upon entering the street outside Malicious Intentions [Also the point of no return for the player, it appears that Malicious Intentions has been broken into and the street with wreckage and flames. Upon examining the door, which appears to have been blasted away with fire, cutscene ensues, BGM begins before final battle (Ghosts 'N' Stuff ft. Rob Swire), where player automatically enters and a cutscene and animation of Malice revealing to be the thief of the *coughIMNOTTELLINGYOUHAHAcough* that rightfully belongs to the "Player" (you, duh). Then final battle theme BGM begins and battle ensues... etc. ]
