Just because you have a right to your opinion doesn't mean you get to say whatever you want and not expect consequences.
Also banning you isn't 'punishment,' it's 'solving this problem in a nonviolent and uninsulting manner.' Also ban evasion is a given rule. When you're kicked out of a club, you don't come back as the same person with a different name.
If you want to argue your ban, you email the moderator that banned you. You don't make a new account with a name expressing how ironic you think it is that we think you're a troll. Because it's not ironic, and you are a troll.
