I can't seem to access it (all I have is Bounty Hunter), even though I'm the necessary level (50). What's going on? I checked strategywiki and HS but neither said any restrictions that would stop a CK from doing this quest.
Anyone know what's going on? I want that warrior throne.

This requires an adventurer class. The reward for the quest is determined by your class, so you cannot even start the quest unless you qualify for one of the rewards.

To get the quest with the blue chair, you have to clear all NLC quests first. Maybe clearing the other quests will allow you to do it?
He's a KOC and they cannot do the quests I believe.
