I'm talking about in the CS Inventory, right before you transfer them into your Item Inventory, or when you transfer the NX items between characters. They stay in that inventory forever until you double click them to transfer them, and that's when the timer for the item starts.

No, the moment you purchased the item, that's when the time starts.

It was crap for me. I wanted a shop permit for 900 NX and I couldn't get one...I have 1220 NX from MTS.
