For blaze mage weapon questions

I was just wondering i got a zhu-ge-liang wand.. its ma 66
Is it possible for a blaze mage to use a wand or is it just allowed only to use staff? pls advice me asap cuz i'm lvl 50 and i'm stil using poison mushroom ma58.

If you're going normal LUK, you may as well update your weapon every chance you get.
All mage equipment are equippable by Blaze Wizards, provided that you reach the level (no eWands/Staffs 5+ for us D: )

Wands and Staves are OK u can use them all however Fire Pillar is not able to be used with swords or maces with magic attack despite them working with other mage classes. Unless of course they fixed this but I doubt they have

The skill is weapon specific just like elemental reset and magic booster. It's not a glitch.

something like boards... snowboards.. they got magic-attack written on it

No they don't.

And the swinging speed on Wands/Staffs don't matter, so pick the one you like better.
It only matters for the F/P mage's Explosion skill, but you're a Blaze Wizard.

i thought of this.. wats the point of slowing monsters when u're going to kill it anyway.. and that there is pots for u to consume..
pls guide me further for this..
there are guides that says fire arrow is not needed as there is another skil tat replace fire arrow in 3rd job advancementi just want to ask..

Slow is good against bosses. Bosses have considerably more hp than normal monsters.

Fire arrow is replaced by Fire strike in 3rd job, fire strike does more damage and goes through 6 monsters.

Slow and fire strike together works pretty well against bosses, slow makes the boss slower, you can stay out its attack range, and firestrike keeps KBing the boss back and goes through the monsters in front of the boss.

No, that's not why you get Slow, the main reason is so that you can use it in conjunction with Flame Gears.
When they're both maxed, they last for 40s both.
I don't recommend you get Slow early. You should get Medi/Tele/Booster maxed out before Slow. Skip Fire Arrow if you plan on getting past 70.

Speaking from experience , I will never use fire arrow over fire strike at anytime . Get slow and love it .
