until maha told me to use all skill point..
so i need polearm booster skill to use all skill point...
how?

Check your quests that say [Required] or [Skill] next to them.
This includes doing the quests that Tru tells you to do

This is why you don't rush off to KPQ and do that for the next 10 hours. Seriously, there's too many ppl there. Just do the quests up to lvl 22 and you'll get it. It's actually not a required, it's a [Skill] quest. And it can be missed, because you're waiting for the level 23 required, and it is right on level 22.

Aran's level so fast in the early levels kpq is a waste of time. you can mob 12 monsters at the same time, so just go to a good spawn map. kpq is a waste of time because you arent mobbing most of the time, and you waste time getting in.

If you reach to a certain level around level 23, talk to Tru and head back to Rien to talk to Lilin to get Polearm booster.

Get to level 22. A new quest should come up, with says [Skill]. Accept the quest and you should be transported to the Puppeteer's cave. Talk to him, then make your way back to Lith. Talk to Tru, then go to Rien and talk to Lilin. You should have Polearm Booster now. (Correct me if I'm wrong. I just did the quest)
