Yeah, I got Snail Throw on my Aran and got mad when I wasn't losing shells.
Got REALLY mad when it started saying "you may only use this skill with a two handed weapon".
To kind of turn this guide into a real one ( :0 ) Could snail shell throw's new form make the hell build a lot easier? Instead of attacking with 4 STR and 4 Dex, chunk snail shells. Pig's die to two throws, which means you can go over to the nautilus and kill pigs for 23423432 different reasons at once and get a bunch of quest XP. You lose autorecovery, but clerics definitely have no use for it after 30 and I'd argue all the other classes would like to trade it in for a little max mp almost as soon.
