The builds are good however, I would suggest adding different peoples builds. This way you can cover all different playing styles. There is no one build for everyone. I see that you have only one other one. For the 3rd job build. Maybe one for 2nd also.

I'll add onto this guide when I find a time in between training my aran while keeping up with classes. It's hard to stay in top arans of the server with final preparations for graduation =[. I'll add a few more lvling spots as well as importance of dex (in greater detail) If you have any additions you want to see put into this guide, please PM me and i'll revise/add into the guide while crediting that part to your account.

I think Arans are pretty fast throughout. I am not sure about that though.

Going to go to some popular training places to take SS's showing ways to train at those areas effectively. If I find enough time, I will Frap a small training session and upload to youtube so I can link you guys to it.
Making a DEXless aran. I'm not very well funded, I have ~30m but I can easily make up to 50m. I can't afford a Zhelm (they cost 200m at Galicia, friggin expensive) and I'm currently using 1 dex 2 acc WG and +10 dex Bathrobe. not very decent, but I reach 37 Acc with Sniper Potions. He's level 27 with lv 3 Blessing of the Fairy, do you think he'll be able to manage his way even though I'm not so funded? He has 4 DEX, is it better capping at 10~20 Dex for better acc?

In a new server, capping dex at 20~ would be most reasonable. Otherwise, training for a long time will seem much more tedious.
Don't worry about capping your DEX at < 20 , coz the base cap for STR is 999 anyway, so in the long run you won't lose out to a dexless Aran with equal funding, except that you won't have the luxury of say pumping that extra AP in HP .

30 dex is good enough. I'm planning to cap my dex at 10 in galicia....
