Best way to go
Since your character caps at 120 anyways ~ LUKless will give a bit of advantage
And no hassle of changing weapons/armor ^-^

I think they are more powerful til you get to around the 100+ part.

Lukless will be more powerful considering the best wands you will be able to get require no luk (Ewand 1 or 2)

Ewand 1 adds a 25% dmg increase to fire based attacks while Ewand 2 adds 10% increase.
1>2 when it comes to price. It can easily double or triple the price of an Ewand 2

You can put AP into LUK for the EStaff too, but the wand/LUKless will probably do more/cost less.
