    Saigo, do you have any cron jobs or batches that run at any particular time? That will usually cause a slow down, particularly if they're large jobs.

    2-3pm MT today there was a large slow down if that's any help.

    We'll be migrating completely sometime next week from Apache to either nginx or lighttpd to resolve these issues - Apache is a bloated beast.
