Do you even know Cygnus knights? You get Triple throw from a quest at level 110(?) All I know is it isn't at level 70.
No, I actually know almost nothing. o.O It's just cemented in my brain to assume third job skills come out level 70...
You get Shadow partner at level 70. It's a third job skill. Triple throw is a fourth job skill. Cygnus knights get their 4th job skills at level 100 and 110.
