It's always fun to take the bus during a blizzard. Last time there was one, it was like a vehicle graveyard.

Try looking up a local website(probably a something.gov) based on where you live for bus schedules/routes/delays/etc. That should give you plenty of info.

Everyone over 12 in the T.O. has probably taken the bus at least once.

I prefer taking the train/subway, then walking to my destination when im in urban areas. No buses by me, but there are trains.

I love the Nj light rail, it even goes into the cities right next to the street. So convenient and cheap.

I do take my bike on the train, then take it down the shore and chill, then stay at my grandma's beachhouse (which our whole family uses), for a couple days.

I, too have never taken the bus. Most of my friends do, I'm the odd one out.
I've taken the skytrain ONCE.

I used to take the bus/train everywhere when I lived in New Jersey, because you could actually trust their schedule. In Miami you just can't, I've waited 2 hours for an important bus once and it never came, I've had it happen several times too.
