You should use the scoreboard system to add a death counter to the list when you hold tab and to show our HP under the names over our head, Cliff

For the death counter it would be:

/scoreboard objectives add death deathcount

then 

/scoreboard objectives setdisplay list death

For HP:

/scoreboard objectives add hp health

My chests aren't that messy. I have Inventory Tweaks installed so I just middle click to sort.

They're a mess

Finished my farm more or less~ Every sheep colour obtained and in pens. Secondary pens are pretty small, as... stated above..., but I'll probably expand them and fix them up later. There's 2 - 3 sheep per pen mostly. Cows, Chickens and Pigs are also at my farm. Feel free to kill some chickens and toss eggs skywards to replace them (Or just breed some). Cows and Pigs aren't really ready to be slaughtered yet but if you breed what you kill to counter then go ahead.
