This seems like a legit/semi-cheap site as well as customer friendly. Samlee and I were going to split the costs, but I really would prefer for anyone who wants to play on a regular basis to help support. The more people who help split the cost, the cheaper it would be of course. The ability to hold 10 people at most should be more than enough (maybe not the first day when everyone floods)
Everyone who helps pay would have server admin access and should take responsibility for restarting the server and helping keep it up-to-date with client versions. The owners of the site itself claim to take care of the server without us having to trouble with it, but I'd prefer having full control over the server. Any other ideas or suggestions would help get this server up and running.
i have no clue on how to run a server.

My castle is finally furnished and the basement has been turned into an art gallery. People who play on the server should take a look sometime.
Also I upgraded the edges of my walls with flaming logs. That'll teach those creepers and spiders that like to hug the wall.

@FailFTW sounds interesting. I'll give it a look next time I hop on. Also, you MUST tell me where I can get some of that Regenerating Cobblestone. I dug my way out to leave your home via that passage you showed me (since that's the direction of spawn) that was blocked with two cobblestones, but then I turned back to replace them and they were already there, but I still had them in my inventory. After that I got disconnected. But still, show me where you get this wonderful, regenerating cobblestone.
Does anyone know if you can keep Cartograph working after you visit the Nether? I visited a few times and now when I try to map my world I get these blotch areas.
