Not getting Spell point quests
Im a levle 48 Evan right now and My guild mates told me that they got a qeust at level 46 wich I never got D: Im wondering why Im not getting these quests. :\ Like I missed a lot of them Didn't even get to max teleport
You didn't get it because you missed a lot of them. Go back and do them all...you have to keep up with them to keep your quest line up to date.

It's not adventurers who can grind their way up, you have to do quests in order to max out skills for your dragon.

What if i missed those quests? for eg. the quest us at lvl 20, but i only realise it at lvl 30+ or so.
will the quest be gone forever? or will it still be there till i've completed it?
No the quest is still there. Check your quest log and go to the "Available" tab, it should be under the "Evan" section or something.
