Is there a guide for Evan quests or something?

I'm 100% stuck. Have been for a while. I just need an idea of what in the world I'm supposed to do next.

Er, I finished the Quest 'Mike at Perion Dungeon Entrance', and then just sorta got stuck.

Any help would be great.
