    dont get this part:

    Rare items have a maximum % stat potential of 3%.
    Therefore, total % of a rare item can have 3% + 3% + 3%.

    Epic items have a maximum % stat potential of 6%.
    Therefore, total % of an Epic item can have 6% + 6% + 6%.

    Unique items have a maximum % stat potential of 9%.
    Therefore, total % of a Unique item can have 9% + 9% + 9%.

    Levels 1~30: Rare = 1%, Epic = 2%, Unique = 3%
    Levels 31~70: Rare = 2%, Epic = 4%, Unique = 6%
    Levels 71+: Rare = 3%, Epic = 6%, Unique = 9%
    what is rare/epic/unique
    how come you add the % three times
    what does level have to do with anything

    Rare/Epic/Unique are the ranks of the item. Rare being the worst, Unique being the best.
    He's adding the % 3 times theoretically, because you can get up to 3 potential stats on a item, and they can all be the same.
    Level is pretty self-explanatory, the higher level item, the better potential stat numbers you can get.

    I dont think I've ever seen CL go 90degrees straight down/up though. I guess they made the "next mob" range vertical as well as horizontal.

    Right now you will only see it on your screen, people around you when you CL would see a normal obtuse angle chain.
