I always go full offense over survivability. She isn't meant to maintain DPS in a team fight. Stun + Ult and clean up what's left of those who are still alive.
Pretty much I go Dcap -> rylai -> void. Though I might include a liandry for a bit.

Everyone gets Chalice/Tear on Brand, I don't understand, I never have mana issues with him :<
Early mana on brand helps with lane control on certain matchups, having the cooldown later on helps your damage during skirmishes because that's all you have to contribute to the team.
