What type of overall should I buy for my hunter? Dex or Str?

If you are a regular STR hunter, get DEX.

If you are planning to cap your strength, get str featured overalls and scroll with dex overall scrolls.

Dex based overalls aren't too bad either.

You'd want to mesage tharticus, though i don't play hunters. Cleric is my goal!

What I mean is have overalls that have more strength than dex or use the maker skill to add more power crystals that are strengthened to boost more str into your overalls.

It's imperative that you must know your str limit. Dex does more damage than strength but strength is required to equip your bow. That's a rule of thumb since the beginning.

Until you hit 120, don't bother with a well scrolled overall. Just 100% some mediocre makered one. I equipped my BM pre-Maker/Reverse, so I now have about 10 too much str with MW20 (after I makered a reverse overall with Str). Unscrolled, you can easily have a 20-25 stat reverse overall (usually 10/10 str/dex). Keep stats like this (and shoes) in mind.
