To whom it may concern,
I have information on drops for Katara. This is a level 70 katara a.k.a Heavenly Karata with stats of HP +281 and WA 43. It is dropped by Red Kentaurus.

Level 30 katara dropped by Horny Mushroom. Stats are WA 25~28 while HP +172~175.

Update:

Level 80 katara (Blazing Dragon Katara) dropped by Birk. Stats are WA 39, HP +311.
Level 60 karata dropped by Beetle. (Confirmed by guildmates!)
Level 20 karata dropped by Bubbling. (Confirmed by guildmates!)

Side update:
Red Kentaurus drops equip enhancement scroll too.
