Put one point into strafe, then some points to Mortal Blow, max out Arrow Rain since mobbing is the current thing now.
Unless you are those people who enjoy sniping Jr. Newties, max out strafe.
Can someone tell me which is better? I found these two builds on Basilmarket:
Level 70 – 1 Strafe (1)
Level 71 – 3 MB (3)
Level 72 – 2 MB (5), 1 AR (1)
Level 73~78 – 3 Strafe (19)
Level 79 – 2 Strafe (21), 1 Inferno (1)
Level 80~81 – 3 Puppet (6)
Level 82~84 – 3 Strafe (30)
Level 85 ~93 - 3 AR (28)
Level 94 – 2 AR (30)
or

I'm Retired.
I personally did max Strafe first, but AR is much faster. I simply used Arrow Bomb as my major mobbing move until I maxed Inferno (yes, I did this BEFORE Arrow Rain). I mainly snipe mobs to kill and already had passive haste (with 6 Thrust), so I left Hawk at 15 and maxed (roughly in this order) Strafe, Inferno, Mortal Blow, Arrow Rain, Puppet (then bird to 15 and Thrust to 6).
Spoiler!
Thanks for the feedback guys. I think this is what I will be working toward.
Do you guys know where I should train with this build? I was thinking going to WR but I didn't want to get banned.Level 70 – 1 Strafe (1)
Level 71 – 3 Mortal Blow (3)
Level 72 – 2 Mortal Blow (5), 1 Arrow Rain (1)
Level 73~78 – 3 Arrow Rain (19)
Level 79 – 2 Arrow Rain (21) 1 Inferno (1)
Level 80~86 – 3 Inferno (22)
Level 87~88 – 3 Puppet (6)
Level 89~90 – 3 Inferno (28)
Level 91 – 2 Inferno (30), 1 Strafe (2)
Level 92 – 3 Puppet (9)
Level 93~102 – 3 Strafe (29)
Level 103 – 1 Strafe (30) 2 AR (23)
Level 104~105 – 3 AR (29)
Level 106~120 – Up to the user
Windraiders seem to be fine...we've been there since 55. Just stay away from teh Chimney.
With that fast Inferno, you could work on Blue Kents. Whenever you make it that far, the Qualm area in ToT would be a decent option.

AR will come in VERY handy as you can mob at close range and BA is for long range. At Typhoons (Where you should spend your time from late 80s to 100s) AR is invaluable. As long as you have AR at a high lv by 88 then you can spam whatever skill you like (Like ME! MWAHAHAHAHA *Messed up skills*). Mobbing earns more exp generally too...
Thanks mate!!
I have a another question I would like to ask. I'm currently level 73 and I'm want to go into Lower Ascent to train on Windraiders. But I'm having a hard time getting there due to wraiths and other high level monsters, do you have any tips on how to get there without dying T_T
Stun them with Arrow Bomb, or make sure you have near haste (140% speed, 123% jump) and avoid them to the best of your ability. You could always family rep teleport up to someone training there, or find someone with a Door mule.

If you need help on directly getting there I'd recommend this video:

I'm following this build right now and I'm at level 81. I tried going to Typhoons today and it took me forever to kill them with my lvl 21 AR. Should I alter my build and put a halt to my Inferno and max out AR so I could train better at Typhoons?
Note: I burn ALOT of puts at Typhoons
