How I increased it today:
Sucks that Str isn't Int, but I don't have the Nx to risk it. Time to MTS my heart out.

I would have been happier if it was weapon Def.
It's nice that it has 3 stats, but the stats it gives are pretty low.

It'll still be my 35 overall though.
