Really now, it's getting ridiculous. Just because you don't feel the piss splashing back at you, doesn't mean it isn't and your that hands are clean. If you don't care then don't be surprised when you get shunned by others.

There are sinks and soap in the public washrooms for a reason.

I doubt people desecrate the toilet bowls and don't flush in their own homes but once they're out the house it's a free-for-all.

It is one thing if it is a #1 in a public place but I just don't trust the seats for the stalls. More restrooms need those sanitary cover things. TP makes a decent sub for them though. I hate how most places use the super cheap 1ply stuff too.
