Upgrade Sword???

So I recently found this Maple Sword, and sorry to sound like a noob (But then again I amm -__-) but I want to upgrade it or just make it stronger. So i found out theres this thing called a Maple Soul Singer, so I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade my current Maple Sword into a Maple Soul Singer.

Only during maple anniversaries may you upgrade maple weapons.

Even then, I think you can only upgrade Maple weapons to lvl 64, it skips 43 for some reason.

There are only two ways to get a Maple Soul Singer: find it as a drop during the anniversary event (in May), or get it from another player (FM, MTS).

If it helps any, a two-handed sword will be better for you until you get an attack shield. Even if a 2H and 1H have the same attack, the 2H will do more damage as it has a different damage formula.

Hmmm I seee, what a shame D:
well i've just always liked one-handed swords better. don't know why. :3
but i guess I'll just get the Hero's Gladius, but these stupid golems won't drop the dam scroll!! >:/
