Ok i only have 2 medals and was able to access Pt II of the story..

what i dont like is the Fnd Mapler and Fame quest

It seems to be bugged cause it can't be done everyday. Also, if you forfeit the quest and re-accept, it changes who your target is.
I loved it during the Christmas event and I loved it for this event. Especially:
