Max Strafe first and Arrow Rain second for a Strafe build. I like Arrow Rain first because you can train at great places for EXP like Typhons. You don't need more than level 21 Silver Hawk because you need those other points for Inferno and at level 21 it has a 95% chance of stun which is plenty. I see Thrust as unnecessary because you will be getting plenty of equips that have speed increases with them. With enough speed equips you will have haste without the haste. Some people believe that Inferno is a useless skill, which is incorrect. It is useful, very very useful. With the sort-of-recent balance patch Inferno gained a Damage over Time ability(for those who don't know what that is, it's when you attack and then the monster takes a little bit of damage repeatedly over a certain amount of time, yes like poison). With this new ability Inferno became a lot stronger and a very useful mobbing skill in late 3rd/early 4th job.
