Hi. I have an Epic item, but it has bad potential stats. If I remagnify it, can it go back down to Rare? Or is it like once its an Epic item it can't go back to Rare?

Rare>Epic>Unique

Rare is the lowest, but not always starting. Starting is determined at random. Most of the time, it starts at rare.

yea, but you can start at any one. My old shoes started at Unique, and I didn't even realize it until later.

As far as I know, no. People can item Smega, and that will produce yellow text. I assume that's what you're referring to?
