I'm 18 levels away from my consideration of "time-to-start-getting-end-game-gear", so I'm starting to buy stuff.

I just want a quick review of what I'm getting, etc.

Earrings, 3 lines potential, level 75, scrolling for LUK
Cape, 3 lines potential, level 70+, scrolling for DEX
Katara, 3 lines potential, level 100, scrolling for ATT with all 60s
Dagger, 2-3 lines potential, level 100, scrolling for ATT with all 60s
Gloves - 2-3 lines potential, level 70+ scrolled for ATT with 60s
Top/Bottom - 3 lines potential, level 80, scrolling for LUK/DEX respectively... low priority.
Shoes - 2-3 lines potential, level 70+ scrolled for Jump (?)
Helmet - 3 lines potential, Targa/Scarlion/CZakHelm, scrolled (carelessly) for DEX


Other accessories are not top priority right now, like belt, eye acc, face acc, etc.

When you say 70+, make sure it's 71 or above.

Buy a black belt, those are lvl 75 ("top" armor tier).
But yea, eye and face accessories don't go above 70 (except for those special DB event masks), so don't bother with those yet.

You forgot pendant. I'd get a MoN for now, then when you get more luk, start looking for, or badgering us to sell you, an egged HTP.

Should I just +5 a Black Belt for DEX?

I just +5ed a black belt for int on my Mage, but our DB uses a 6 att pot witch belt.

You'd need to get ~3+ att to beat a Black Belt though (and Kradia does not have 127 belts).
