Umm. From level 40-50, what are the quests needed to do for Evan to get the Skill points? It's rather complicated when it gets to the "Permission to join the Secret Organisation" quest. I can't seem to talk to the Abandoned Doll. And I can't enter.. Reply me asap! Tyvm
