Slash Storm nerfed: 230% -> 190%

3rd Job
Flash Bang max level 5, same effect as current level 20.
Flash Jump max level 15, same effect as 20

3rd Job+
New Skill: Vital Steal; 5% chance to steal HP equal to 10% of your damage
Owl Spirit: 49% chance to instant kill, 130% damage for the next 15 attacks.
Chains of Hell put in 3rd Job+, damage nerfed: 80% damage/hit, but 100% chance of crit.

4th Job
New Skill: Sharpness. Passive +25% chance to crit, +20% minimum damage on crits
Final Cut: 20% HP consumption, 2000% damage, 15% chance to instant kill, 140% attack increase for 40s. 60s cooldown.
New Skill: Blade Fury, replaces Sudden Raid. Attacks 6 monsters up to 3 times at 180% damage. No cooldown.
New Skill: Thorns Effect, replaces Thorns Effect. For 210s, W.ATT increases by 30. Also gives you 90% "Stance" effect for the duration.
New Skill: Phantom Blow, replaces Chains of Hell (Moved to 3rd+). 42 MP consumption, 110% damage 6 times to 1 monster. Super fast attacking speed, maybe more than Final Blow.
